1. Clear the Origin Cache

  • Right-click on the Origin exe shortcut file on your PC.

  • Now, select Properties > Click on the Compatibility tab.

  • Make sure to click on the Run this program as an administrator checkbox to checkmark it.

  • Click on Apply and select OK to save changes.

3. Update Graphics Driver

Sometimes you may not be able to launch the Origin client on your Windows PC due to the outdated or corrupted graphics driver version. It’s better to check for the update and install the latest version to fix multiple issues whatsoever. To do so:

  • If not, then select ‘No, try again using different settings’ > Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
